I posted a comment about this restaurant regarding a woman who was working without gloves. I noticed that there was dirt under her nails that looked unsanitary. It's concerning that she is still allowed to work there. Never ordered to sit and eat on their outdoor seatings, but the employees Ive experienced have been kind. Main issues is oil change is clearly not as frequent because Ive had back to back to back experience of fries tasting not only burnt, but of overused oil.

Managers logic is to make customers at home waiting for delivery on purpose because drive tru is more important and also make delivery drivers wait because drive thru customers are top priority, and delivery customers has to wait on their cold food for 45 minutes while the drive thru eats hot food right away.

The service is absolutely horrible. I've been waiting almost an hour for food I ordered on the app. That's unbelievable for fast food, waited at the window for 20 minutes with no one talking to us. Asked my name so many times never to give me an order telling me to pull out the line and wait. In addition none of the workers speak English. I'm very disappointed in this service.

We ordered 3 meals. Upgraded one of the fries to funnel cake fries and the girl kept one of the fries from the other meal saying we made one funnel so she kept one as it would be more money. She seemed so upset when her we dont mind paying but we would like all of our food. Rolled eyes, loud sighs and everything.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE checkers management yall need to train your workers properly on how to apply App Rewards to orders. This is not the only checkers location that has issues, most drive through people have NO CLUE how to do it. I literally had to get out of my car and show the drive thru girl how to enter my phone number and select the coupon.
I AM NOT THE EMPLOYEE HERE. WHY AM I INSTRUCING YOUR EMPLOYEE on how to do their job?
