“We wife was drugged here by one of the bartenders a few years ago. It was a slow night and she was on a barstool between myself and one of my closest friends who would had no need, interest or means of something like that.On our cab ride home, my wife starting seeing flashes and bright lights, telling me it was snowing in the cab. It was bizarre. She had never taken drugs, and looking back, we both agreed it had to be the bartender who was a female, seemed very interested in her, and was pouring her free drinks. In any case, this was many years ago at this point. It's a dive bar, what do you expect?“
“Great little dive bar! Not short on locals or interesting beach goers. The staff are attentive, the cocktails are decent and the atmosphere is very cozy. The daytime vibe is much different from the night, it's much more bustling at night. This is a great little spot to meet up for a drink with old friends and to make new ones.“
“This little bar just off Collins Ave has the best god dam music playing every time we go there. And we go there a couple times every year after ultra music festival and Mismi music week. Sound system is banging. DJ’a off the hook. Drinks are good value. Staff are cool. Crowd here are great.“
“Great bar with decently priced drinks. There is always some kind of event going on. Pull tabs, video poker, and keno along the wall. Decent mixed crowd. They have a pool table. There is a back patio area.No food but reasonably priced. Plenty of parking in the back. They accept cards here.“
“This little dive is a hidden hub for local music and fringe culture. They offer cheap beers, a juke box, billiard table and a variety of local live performances. There's plenty of free parking with wheelchair accessibility. No dress code or VIP, this is an unpretentious, all inclusive, super laid back spot to unwind and meet cool people.“
“Tobey is hands down the BEST bartender in Miami. She checked in with us frequently and was so social. We are visiting from out of town and she gave us some great recommendations for some other local spots that were fabulous. She really helped us have a great time on our trip.“
“Great old fashioned bar. There's a good selection of beers on tap. All the essential drinks are prepared by the bartender with a smile and they also have a daily specials menu and all your favorites like wings, burgers and fries, etc. I really enjoyed watching the NFL games at Artie's... Great place!“
“We stopped by today for a couple of reasons. We needed a bottle of Casamigos tequila to take to a party this evening, and we wanted to see the new NBV location of Happy's Lounge and Liquor Store. I have heard for years that Happy's is a fun, casual, old school kind of bar that everyone has been to at least once. It is a neighborhood kind of bar where most of the patrons know each other. It has been around for years. It actually looks comfortable and welcoming inside. I took a few pics. They serve wine, beer, and cocktails. You can also get bar food like a Philly cheesecake that tastes really good. The menu is limited but has enough popular meals to make everyone happy! There is free parking in a large attached lot. They have outdoor dining on the patio. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. There are other businesses around it. We plan to come back and have a Happy's experience.“
“This bar has thrived for over 20 years. They serve beer and cocktails. Karaoke at least 4 nights a week. They used to have live bands; but the flow is karaoke now. Nice place to drink beer outside, the Floridian way. Aye, matey! Pirates always welcome here.“
“Kristen and Tara are one of the most amazing bartenders at this bar. They make you feel so welcome almost like family. Constantly checking if i am good and refilling my drink and having great conversations. Truly a spot to chill and relax after a long day at work. Food and drinks A++++“
