Edan Bistro is a hidden gem! The Basque Cheesecake was a standout—perfectly creamy with that signature caramelized top and just the right balance of sweetness. It’s rich, decadent, and absolutely melts in your mouth. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Delicious breakfast and lunch items. Neighborhood is not the best. I love the tomato toast and the tortilla (potato onions and eggs) I came for the basque cheesecake but I was disappointed. Come for breakfast of lunch.

I do not recommend this place, the croquettes that say they are special have nothing special, the bad octopus carpaccio is really not good at all. And two more dishes that I don't remember, this place is not a good choice. Look for other options and here I let you know that nothing is good.
The cheesecake is very delicious, but I don't understand why they set a time if they are going to close 30 or 40 minutes before, please set the correct time so as not to waste half an hour on the road for nothing.

This low-key spot is an absolute gem. The ribeye burger is out of this world—so flavorful and juicy, it’s a must-try. An added bonus is that they make their French fries fresh, and you can really taste the difference. The staff here are fantastic—always welcoming and friendly, which makes each visit even better. I’m excited to work my way through the entire menu. Highly recommended if you’re looking for delicious food and great service!
