Welcomed and seated right away even without reservations. Dinner for 2. We had a bottle of red wine. All the wines are Spanish. Steak tartare was amazing. Foie gras was creamy. Pumpkin rice was yummy. Duck cooked to perfection. Even the espresso was frothy and rich. The final touch: Basque cheesecake was next level.

Great place, amazing service. Could have some more Spanish appetizers but 10/10 food quality. The basque cheesecake is 🔥.

Small place, went in with no reservation with my wife and hardly got a spot at the little bar during a busy Wednesday. Got taken care of by someone who I would assume owns the place, and all of the staff seemed like they were in a family in a good way. Food was incredible, great regional execution, can definitely tell the French and Spanish influence. Definitely a spot for a high quality meal even if you don't know what you're getting into. Almost left without the Basque cheesecake but they talked me into it and may have been the best desert I have had. Made me think about taking a full one back to Chicago!

A bright, minimalist cheerful bistro atmosphere welcomes you. Servers are proper, low key, helpful and cordial.
We went at an odd hour, it was quiet and empty save for the couple of couples at their intimate tables.
Ribeye was delicious, had to be with all that I trimmed fat. Comes plated thinly sliced, to share. Pumpkin creamy rice was a bit runny but maybe because I was expecting a kind of a risotto. It was tasty, but I did have strange aftertaste though not unpleasant.
Rymarkable, the Basque cheesecake and the piece du resistance. Delicious.
It’s a nice place to get away has a reduced offering but where are you going? Where are you going? My personal businesses pop an extensive wine menu, a perfectly intimate spot in North Miami.

2 of us split 3 dishes, Shrimp Gambas special, Smoked Shiitake & Black Truffle, and Grilled Octopus. The shrimp was a little bland for our tastes but still very good, the Shiitake and Octopus were perfectly seasoned and delicious. We had the Basque cheesecake dessert which we liked better than the classic cheesecake-not as dense and filling, tastier! Service was attentive and Helpful.

Each of the dishes were spectacular. The raw scallops over a cracker were off the chart as were the lamb and duck dishes. We have been there before and our foodies guests were very impressed and we are planning to go back soon.

The foie gras and the basque cheesecake were the best we have ever had. Our server was so kind and offered some great suggestions. We are so happy to have found this place!

Consistently excellent food, superior flavors that you remember. Great wines, great service. Wish there were a couple of side vegetable dishes. Fun and relaxed atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

Everything started great with a wonderful appetizer and a pasta with a beautiful corn sauce and fresh crab. However, when the entrées came, a fish, it was completely raw to the point where it couldn't be cut. My friend ordered the same thing and hers Was similar. We had to return them and order different dishes. I ordered the shrimp, which was delicious, but my friend was waiting for a very long time to receive her entrée because they thought my shrimp would also be shared, even though it was an exchange for the main dish. They did however, offer us a free dessert for the mishap. Overall, what we did eat was very tasty. The waitress did mention that they had a new chef so this may have been a one off, but it was a significant error.

Everything was delicious! So much so, that I contemplated having a second dinner right there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edan Bistro is spectacular from start to finish. Everything was excellent, but the scallop tartare on a crispy toast was what truly stood out for me. Delicate flavors, perfectly balanced, and impeccably executed. Definitely a place to come back to.
