I know the basque restaurant, but everytime I go is a very especial experience. The maitre explains the dishes, which I appreciate very much. Great wine collection. The chef comes out, says hello and ask the table about the food, nice detail!!! Professional and friendly. Great restaurant. I will always recommend it!

What an authentic experience. Every dish feels like a story from chef Aitor Garate Berasaluze's homeland. The ingredients, fresh, homemade, and top quality, truly shine. We also tried the wine pairings, and you can immediately sense Aitor's sommelier background from Asador Etxebarri. The menu and the seven-course Basque tasting were outstanding. Highlights were the scallops with caviar and truffle, the perfectly cooked kokotxas, and the dry-aged ribeye. And the Basque cheesecake? Easily the best we've ever tasted. If you want a standout dining experience in Miami, away from the usual places, this spot is absolutely worth it.

The food was good and they have a huge wine list but no one working there the night we were there was educated on the wines by the bottle- they only knew the wines by the glass so that was a big miss. They were kind to offer us samples of those before we bought a bottle but our friends we were with love wine and they were disappointed in the lack of assistance choosing a great bottle.

Love everything on the menu, actually going back today with a neighbor who's never been. The food is excellent and the service is top notch

Always a great experience - dishes are delicious and still you get a feel of being in a neighborhood spot. The basque cheesecake is to die for, but again, so are all the other plates.

What a great place for excellent Basque food and wine. Everything we had was delicious and they have an outstanding wine list. I highly recommend Edan Bistro to everyone in the Miami area.

I wanted to support a local North Miami restaurant and I chose Edan Bistro. The food was absolutely amazing! I had a slight issue with service but it was made more than satisfactorily resolved by hostess Daniela I will be a return patron. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

A little hard to find! Food moderately priced and very tasty. Two incorrect food orders brought to our table. Good wine selection. Noisy but not overwhelming. Would definitely go again.

Eden Bistro is an absolute treasure. This cozy Basque-style Spanish restaurant may be small — just around a dozen tables — but every inch of it radiates warmth and authenticity. The intimate setting makes it feel personal and inviting, the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy an exceptional meal.

The service is outstanding — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff takes great pride in providing a top-quality experience, and that care shows in every interaction.

Now, the food: simply phenomenal. The tapas are beautifully executed — small plates bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. Each bite captures the essence of Spanish cuisine. The main dishes are generous and masterfully prepared, from the rich, tender meats to the fresh, flavorful fish.

The stars of the show? Without question — the ribeye, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful; the pumpkin rice, which is both unique and comforting; and the Basque cheesecake, a dessert so smooth and decadent it alone is worth the visit.

Eden Bistro is one of those rare finds that combines atmosphere, service, and cuisine in perfect harmony. A must-visit spot in North Miami for anyone who appreciates authentic Spanish food and true hospitality.

Small, welcoming place with good food and neighborhood bistro vibe. The soup with crawfish was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. Pasta with blue crab was good but a bit too al dente. Scallops with basil oil were fresh and tasty. The food was served, as it was ready, which made me finish the meal sooner than I intended.

When I tell you the food was delicious, the atmosphere is soooo tranquil. Our waiter Carrington was attentive and did not miss a beat.
