The food is absolutely delicious! Our guests were raving. Everything was delivered on time and set up perfectly. We have used Exquisite in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They think of everything. I can't say enough about their staff, especially the Office Manager, Vanessa. She is dedicated and knows what she's doing! It was a pleasure to work with her and everyone else at Exquisite. I would leave 6 stars if I could.

After many failed attempts at calling local cafes and bakeries in Miami (mostly due to language barriers as I don't speak Spanish), I was getting desperate for a last-minute corporate gift delivery to Miami Gardens.

They make the catering experience very simple regardless if you are hosting an event for 300 people or 30 people. The customer service is always top notch and the food is delicious.

Exquisite Catering by Robert was just that - Exquisite! The food was delicious, beautifully displayed by their server Tristen who worked the event. He was on time, professional, courteous, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff are communicative, friendly, accommodating, collaborative, and true experts at their craft. They didn't hesitate to offer advice and recommendations to help transform events into something really spectacular. When it comes to the food itself, everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Their graze table setup made jaws drop (and mouths water) every time guests walked past. They also took care of open bars and were great at staying on top of seemingly never-ending lines of eager guests. Their staff are proactive, respectful, and friendly, making them a blessing to work with.
