It was phenomenal. Our first time experiencing Hells Kitchen dining from the entrance welcome, food that literally melts in your mouth to the ambiance. We were blown away. My fiancé is a fan and loves the show. The staff very professional and outstanding hospitality. Knowledgeable about any question with had from operations to the menu. They even helped me with a surprise proposal to complete the night. There aren't enough words to express the experience you just have to see it for yourself. I'm looking forward to my next visit already

It was a really fun vibe  sort of like that of a theme park and a great experience, but the food was not very tasty. In my opinion I would not go back very expensive.

We ate at stk steak house on Wednesday and cost $1160 for 6 of us,food was ok but order was wrong and rushed.not value for money . Ate on Thursday at hells kitchen and cost us $980 was fantastic and well worth the money,relaxed environment.

Atmosphere and service were fantastic. Appetizers were good, entrees and sides were very salty(several different ones were ordered by our party). Desserts were also good. I guess I was just expecting more from the food quality/taste.

Pre set menu for New years, they ran out of food! Reservation was at10:30 got seated at 11:15. We will not be returning. Waitress was very nice, but thats about all.

Service was poor, took almost 30 minutes just for our drink orders, which then took another 20 minutes to come. Maybe because it was NYE. Food was mostly amazing, risotto and mushrooms were the stand outs. Truffle chicken was a let down. Vibe was awesome and they had a DJ playing house music the whole time.

A great dining location with unique ambience and the unmistakeable touch of Chef Ramsey. Great menu and drinks. We had scallops and meatballs for starters and Beef Wellington. Quick service from open kitchen. Recommended.
