I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Jimmy’s Diner and would not recommend it to anyone. The server had a horrible attitude, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Not only was the service disrespectful, but the environment was downright unsanitary. Tables were sticky, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and I even saw the server handle food without washing their hands after touching something dirty. This place is a health hazard and a customer service nightmare. Avoid at all costs. The food took over 40 minutes and it still wasn’t ready I saw customers in front of me that came in after me received their food before !

This place was recommended to us so we decided to give it a try. The place is very homey. You come in and you seat yourself. Immediately, we were handed menus and our drinks came pretty quickly. The food was fairly inexpensive. Our food came out in stretches because the waitress kept forgetting what we ordered. I had to flag my waitress down a couple times to get coffee refills. The place was packed but it wasn’t that busy to constitute my waitress for my being inattentive. I couldn’t eat my salmon patties because they were too salty and the pancakes I ordered for myself were very large, however, they were doughy. Everyone else loved their food.

I was visiting from out of town there was no atmosphere not one other customer... They didn't have salad, hot tea or even mustard.. the sausage was like the Dollar general sausages in the yellow box... Everything else was basic. Sad to see this , come on brown people....

This was a sad excuse of a restaurant. The atmosphere was sad and we constantly kept smelling smoke like we were in a house fire. When I got the meatball parm, the sauce tasted like it came from a can and the meatballs tasted freezer burnt. If the apocalypse were to strike and I was running out of food, I still wouldn’t eat here. Thanks for ruining my 10 year anniversary.

Carrot cake tasted like plastic, and it was stale. The food is WAYYYY too over priced for such nasty stale food. I don’t know what happened…but it seems like they don’t care anymore. I used to take my family here for years since we moved away. When I got there the atmosphere was apocalyptic. The only employee I saw needed to take better care of her uniform. The food was so horrible I gave it to my cat…my cat didn’t want it either. What a sad ending. This place should call Gordon Ramsay to come save it.
