Oishi Thai offers a mixed dining experience, with some hits and misses. The sushi quality seems inconsistent, with some nigiris better than others. The hamachi jalapeno and O bull fell short, while botan ebi and Japanese snapper impressed. The Thai dishes were delicious, and the mango sticky rice was a highlight. Despite the food quality, the service stands out positively, with excellent attention and pleasant staff. The whole fish was expertly prepared and served boneless, a definite plus. However, the long wait times for both service and food detracted from the overall experience, making it less appealing despite the good flavors.
