Staff Valentina, went above and beyond her duties, not only ensuring every customer was satisfied, but also taking the time to assist those in need, particularly the elderly. Her dedication is a testament to the high standard and most importantly, her inherent disposition. It is rare to see such level of care and personal attention. She is a great asset to the Panera vision, and her wonderful service made my Sunday visit with Mitch, a delightful experience.
I love Panera but this one in particular is always full of vagrants or homeless people just loitering and even sleeping at the booths. The floors are super gross and sticky while the silverware is often not clean either.
I ordered some take out and the process was great with the self-order machines in the front. The order was ready quickly and the sandwiches and soup bowls were amazing. Very good Panera Store, always efficient and fresh.
