Paid for a family meal which included a whole chicken and I was given 4 chicken leg quarters that was over cooked and dry. I called customer service and made my complaint and was told I would receive a refund within 2-3 days. Awful service at the Biscayne Blvd location! Please check your order before leaving this location.
On October 1, 2020, I ordered food! and after waiting almost 45 min, they delivered the wrong order! I canceled my order and asked for the refund of my $ 21.04 to my bank account, 4 months ago I have been waiting for the refund of my money and it has been impossible! I called about 10 times and nobody solves me with my return!
