I don't recommend buying the quarter chicken because they give you bone instead of chicken, they should give it with meat because that's what you pay for

If you can avoid this location, do so. Food is always dry, it is packaged with no care, and the workers are LAZY. I ask for garlic cilantro and I’m told there is non….so why is there sauce on my sandwich? And why am I seeing the other cashier hand over sauce to people in the lobby after hearing those customers ask for it?!

You guys have taking away refills takes for ever to take a refill been costumer over 20 yrs will stopp going to pollo tropical also selling lemonade without refills i have always had lemonade refills came back 5 yrs later still is bad

PT is my go-to fast food place, but service can be hit or miss. Used drive-thru, ordered meal, paid for an extra side that was not in bag. Not the first time this happens, spoke to customer service, not sure that a refund for the missing item was or will be issued.

Yesterday I visited this place in another location and I loved it, I decided to return and the one that was close to me was this one, my experience was so bad that I am sitting between dirty tables with some stale potatoes and a disgusting chicken writing this complaint, and I don't know how to say the attention, I have never received such unpleasant treatment, I do not recommend this place

This tropical chicken is a disgrace they never do things right when you order chicken they give you pork when you order pork they give you churrasco when you order churrasco they give you chicken I never do it right and sometimes I have ordered the tropics almost always I order them with pork and They change me or they don't give me the meat. I have arrived home when I have already opened the package and it doesn't have the meat inside. They don't have containers for the tropics. When they run out, they serve it in a container. Those look like a sancocho. These dark-skinned people are a disgrace, apart from the fact that they are lazy. They don't like to work and they do everything wrong. The bathrooms are also disgusting, there is no one who can go into the bathroom to wash their hands or do something necessary. Why is it constantly disgusting? There is no real hygiene. I don't recommend that chicken one. Tropical should close it.
