The platinum beard older guy that was at the window around 1:40pm on 9/12/26....need to have more positive customer service skills. He isn't pleasant at all. While at the window how he's speaking to the workers in the back is unacceptable. He needs to change his attitude. If my tail wasnt hungry and didn't drive 15 mins for Taco Bell, I'd drive off
