Never been inside so I cant comment on that end, but drive thru do try to move quickly. Very small random employees will ask to move back and forward for time reset, but friendly treatment overall.
Cheap and filling but a far cry from Authentic Mexican food. Very industrialised food, self order, self serve and self clear table. Must be as depersonalizing for staff as for customers.
Vegetarian options: Suspect ground beef (added soy protein), greasy tasteless cheese, gas inducing beans and uninviting so dining zone designed to get to diners out quickly. Staff, reduced to assembly workers are understandably depersonalised.

Don’t spend extra for extra meat there was none I paid 1.50 extra for nothing it’s the burrito in the top I purchased one regular and one extra meat to see if it would be different it wasn’t
