“This was our first time ordering from here. Here are the pros and cons: we ordered General Tso’s chicken, orange chicken, spare ribs, small veggie fried rice, wonton soup, an egg roll and a spring roll
Pros: veggie fried rice very good. Chicken on both General Tso’s and orange chicken nice and crispy. Ribs for the most part good. A bit chewy.
Cons: requested extra sauce on both chicken dishes and only got about a teaspoon of sauce on both. Egg roll and spring rolls - Will NEVER order again. If I have to squeeze duck sauce out of a packet instead of getting a small cup of sauce, not worth my time and not fresh. Sadly they are one of my favorite parts of my meal.“

“We chose Echo to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, drawn by its glowing reviews and love for fusion Asian cuisine. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and shown to our table right away.
Tuff poured our water and was incredibly welcoming—his smiles seemed to brighten the room.
Rachel soon brought the edamame and let us know that Julian would be taking care of us shortly.
My wife ordered the "Bangkok Nights" specialty drink, which turned out to be excellent.
We enjoyed a variety of dishes: sushi, General Tso's chicken, and a flavorful flank steak paired with kimchi fried rice. While most of the food was spot-on, the white rice served with my General Tso's fell a little flat. It wasn't as fluffy as I'd hoped and leaned toward the tough side.
For dessert, we had Bananas Foster wrapped in a caramel wonton, accompanied by coconut ice cream. We were also treated to an anniversary surprise, molten lava cake with ice cream and raspberry, which was a perfect end to the meal.
Overall, the atmosphere was lovely, and the dishes were thoughtfully prepared, making for a pleasant and memorable night.“

“Very impressed with the food and service. I have tried many Chinese take out restaurants since moving here and this is hands down the best so far. Chicken is not overly breaded like some. Honey chicken sauce is delicious and krab Rangoon is full of crab meat. Fresh egg rolls! Definitely give it a try.“

“When we first arrived, we had to do valet because there was no parking so be aware of that and bring cash. They were very fast and efficient though to our surprise, we got there at 8:30 PM and the wait was two hours. They have two bars, one downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs one was packed, but when we went upstairs, there was less people hanging around the bar and more people seated. We ended up getting a drink and waiting until someone was done eating to get up and that ended up only being about 30 minutes and after a drink, it wasn’t that bad. The food came out less than 10 minutes, which really made up for the uncertainty of not being able to get a seat. I really enjoyed the foods, but it is quite expensive. I think the drinks and the dessert are really the main stars here. We did all the appetizers, and the bao bun was my favorite. Overall, I will be going back to try other stuff.“
