“Great place to sit down and eat ? or take out and also super kind staff, who's always making sure we are good on what we need. also the bar is a great place to sit n chill for a few drinks n chips and salsa... Big Ups To Ed And The LA Fogata Crew??“
“I really like their food. We ordered the chicken vermicelli and beef broth chicken soup and both were excellent. The service was very good as well. I don't get the negative reviews about this place but it's quite possible that this is under new ownership and it's gotten better since.“
“Rocco’s Tacos is definitely a well known staple here in WPB. I feel like it’s an attraction/restaurant that everyone knows about! This was our second time visiting Rocco’s, our first time was last year when we came to WPB for our first time. The layout of the restaurant is amazing! They have both inside and outside seating, but even the inside is very airy and open to the outdoors! It’s an amazing ambiance and very well done. Our service this time was subpar. Not to anyone’s fault, but we just drew the short straw with service this time (it happens!). The other tables surrounding us appeared to have superb service with friendly waitstaff! We ordered drinks and chips and salsa for an appetizer. The chips are salsas are super yum!! It comes with three different style salsas and they are all delicious! The portion of the chips is huge too. The margaritas were good, nothing special. A little heavy on a mix taste for me, but they were not “bad”! I would try different ones next time! The watermelon marg didn’t taste like watermelon, only tasted like house margarita mix. Would definitely try another one to compare! Rocco’s is definitely a cool spot to hit up if you’re in WPB, even if it’s just for drinks and appetizers!“
“I’m from CA and have been to many different Mexican restaurants and none have compared to this one! Right when my family and I walked in we knew it was going to be good. It was busy- which is a good sign. Staff got us seated quickly and service was great the entire time. Food and drinks were delicious!! Everything from chips & salsa, dinner to churros for dessert, down to to the horchata was amazing!! If I had this restaurant at my local town I’d be a regular for sure! My little kids can’t stop talking about how good it was either!“
“My family and I LOVED Rivales. It is hard to find fresh, Mexican restaurants that are not Tex-Mex, and this was the ideal place to eat. Awesome refried beans, homemade Margaritas, delicious chimichangas, and outstanding/friendly service by Brian!!! Rivales has become my favorite Mexican restaurant in Palm Beach!!!“
“This is the spot for tacos if you want good, authentic, and fair priced food. They go above and beyond every time and it's a little family owned place. Hands down absolute best tacos in West Palm Beach. My girlfriend and I come here almost every Tuesday that we can and we are regulars here. This spot has a special place in our hearts. Everything on the menu is good and portions are amazing.“
“Best Mexican food in the US that I have ever had, and I have travelled around the IS trying many different highly rated Mexican food spots, this one still tops them. Only change I would add is for them to ensure chips are always fresh. It’s a 50/50 shot on whether or not you get fresh chips. As a last critique, they should use ribbed liners for their quesadillas in their to-go containers to prevent the quesadilla from getting soggy.“
“Everything about this place was perfect! The food was delicious, the server was so sweet, and the restaurant was decorated super cute. Lots of gluten free options and they label it on the menu so you don’t have to worry!Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for vegans, vegetarians, and people with gluten intolerance.“
“A really great place recommended by everyone who lives and visits West Palm Beach. My server, JR, was warm, welcoming, and helped me with the menu. He suggested that I choose the combo Tacos so I could try different things. I got the shrimp, crispy fish, and pork belly. They tasted really good, beyond my expectations. I also ordered a Mango Lassi, and I loved it! I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.“
“Esta lugar es "la bomba". I'm rather particular about Mexican food because I grew up on the border in El Paso, Texas. The first thing you'll notice about this restaurant is the authentic tostadas - they are thick pieces of corn tortilla, fresh and warm.I've been eating mostly vegetarian lately, so the sopes with roasted vegetables were perfect. They were a dish I would order again and again, even if I were not eating vegetarian - they're just that good!Service was prompt and polite and the prices were reasonable (for 2024).I get down to WPB/Jupiter area every few months for business. I would go out of my way to go back to this restaurant again.Vegetarian options: Sopes with roasted vegetables - superb!“
“It's a very cute primarily takeout place but they have a few tables, apparently they serve breakfast but we had dinner there. My wife had the Cabo Baja tacos and she thought they were great and I had a wet burrito. They served our food with plastic utensils but that was fine. The quality of the food made up for the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this and I want to try it for breakfast sometime.“
“Delicious and AUTHENTIC!! The gorditas. mole, chile relleno, horchata, delicioso!!! They don't just boil the chicken used for flautas, tacos and chimichangas, they actually season it prior to using it. I prefer the shrimp cocktail sauce thicker so likely will not order again. Small location, Mexican artesania decorations and for sale, busy, multi-tasking staff. Sit and enjoy your authentic meal.During recent visits the service is much slower and orders are taking too long to fill. I saw a table of 4 guys walk out because it was taking too long. They might need more staff, but the food is still great.“
“I have been coming here for years! Maybe once a year but when they first opened I was here at least twice a week! I personally know the owners and they are the absolute sweetest! It’s nice to come and see they have hired workers that mean things are going great for them! I had no doubt they will be still standing years to come in just happy to have a place so close to home as nice as black bean! The food and pastries and aren’t anything short of amazing! (If you’re in doubt get a burrito) but I promise you won’t be disappointed! Come support black bean if you love great food!“
“Food is always great and service is phenomenal! I've been here well over a dozen times over the years and have never been disappointed. Birria tacos are my favorite but the guacamole is a close second. Relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for date night. Drinks are always well made with a huge selection of specially cocktails.Kid-friendliness: I've brought my son many times and had a great experience and delicious meal.“
“I am Mexican, I have lived in West Palm Beach for more than 20 years, whenever I had cravings for a Mexican dish I preferred to cook it myself because the Mexican restaurants I had gone to had disappointed me, I had not found one that had the most authentic flavor, We loved EL MARIACHI restaurant, the flavor is authentic and delicious, the service was super good. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food!“
“First time here this evening. What a gem! Such a nice family running the business. We had the barbacoa tacos, chips and guac and queso, all excellent. The gardens are beautiful, serene and peaceful. Will definitely recommend and visit often.“
“Very good. I tried a few of the types of tacos. Favorite was birria de res. Tinga de pollo was a little bland, but they have 6 different hot sauces to choose from at no extra charge, so not an issue. I wish this place opened back when I lived nearby; I would have been here often. Give it a try!“
“Anita and Gilberto have a gold, mine, a friend from California referred me to Anita‘s Mexican Grill, here in West Palm Beach on Okeechobee Boulevard. The food is more authentic than any other place in West Palm Beach, it’s excellent and the people that work there are hard-working and the restaurant is very clean. I go now at least once a week and the first weekend went twice. You have to try it out, Christopher. .“
“We are in the area every year and have never gone here. We had new company with us this year and we gave this place a chance. My wife and I came away asking why did we never try this place it is right here! 5 adults and 1 child were in our group and everyone was absolutely amazed with our food! They accommodated our party on a very busy night and our food came out quickly. The service was amazing and pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food. I know we will be back to try more of their offerings.Kid-friendliness: They had enough choices for a child to find something delicious to eat.“
“The food here is phenomenal and I genuinely crave it every time I'm back in Orlando! The service is so fast, friendly and they always listen to additional requests to make sure they get your order right! They have a cute little sitting area where you can sit and eat if you wanted to relax or take photos. Really good for an after work bite! I recommend the flautas and Sopes! :)“
“This is place is very special. Stopped on a whim on a drive between Orlando and Miami. Extremely high quality food, and the tacos are served with a generous amount of fresh shredded Mexican cheese (not sure what specific cheese it was sorry!)There are no seats inside (I ate off the hood of my car) but it’s EXTREMELY clean and organized and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely come again! Best chorizo taco I’ve ever had.“
“Food was amazing, fast, and affordable! Staff did not speak English but were willing to work with us through a translator and very patient. Being the only ones eating in - don't let that deter you - the highlight of our night was when they started a playlist of nothing but Backstreet Boys ?Would definitely recommend! And would go back!! Muchas gracias!Parking: Several spots in front of restaurant.“
“La comida es muy buena es uno de los mejores restaurantes mexicanos en el condado. Pero las meseras no atienden bien casi todas traen cara de amargada y les gusta atender mejor a los hombres que a las mujeres (Yo suelo visitar el lugar con mi esposo)“
“Been telling myself to try this place since it opened but just never gave it a shot. I ordered take out tonight to finally try it. Ordering right from their website was easy due to apple pay at checkout. Love that. The food was ready on time and I happy that I found a new taco place that I will returning to. Firecracker shrimp tacos were elite. Barrera taco had tons of flavor. Crane asada fries were also a hit. I will definitely recommend this place. If the takeout food was good I’m sure sitting down is even better.“
“Great everything!! Delicious food, awesome service, fun decor. Yummy margaritas. Great menu for vegetarians too. Mushroom fajitas with lettuce wraps, shrimp ceviche chicken tacos and carnitas quesadilla all great. Happy hour pricing too. We’ll be back!“
“FINALLY! We found some GREAT Mexican food that I didn't have to make myself. We had a Chicken Chimichanga and the Quail and Mexican Cokes (the good stuff!). The chicken was juicy and tender, perfectly cooked! My partner loved the spicy hot sauce. We arrived tired and hungry and we're cheered by the very homey atmosphere. Waitress patient and helpful.“
“This food truck is located on military trail and cherry road. I arrived there yesterday at9:44pm and was not aware they closed at 9:30pm. They were already cleaning up and packing up. The owner and the staff were extremely courteous and still insisted on taking my order and making my food. My favorite item is the “flautas” (in English it translates to flutes- see photo). They are AMAZING. I love supporting local business. You MUST try this place out.“
“I believe they used to be over on Rosemary Ave, across the street from the Cheesecake Factory. The food is sooo good. Tastes like they have grandma in the back kitchen whipping a good home cooked meal. Highly recommended, can’t go wrong with anything you order. Service was exceptional as well. This place is officially my taco spot!“
“Love the environment, grabbed some food and went inside the house which seemed almost like a speak easy, loved the art def a hidden gem a ifykyk type of thing… music was good vibes were awesome everyone was friendly l.. very creative establishment… my favorite was the Al Capone!! And absolutely obsessed with the coconut shrimp tacos!!“
“The burrito from is here is something I violently craved throughout my pregnancy. It is banging. So so so good. This is one place that I'll never forget from my time in WPB. If you're debating on getting food from here, just do it, you won't be disappointed.“
“That skirt steak dinner is Amazing it was soft not chewy who ever is in that kitchen cooking is doing it with love. There is also a greek place across the street that is amazing the food in this area is great. Staff was also great. Both great for dates but not full blown dinner parties due to limited seating. ??“
“Would recommend to all my fellow Texans that are missing a taste of home. First place I have found that knows what a Michelada is supposed to taste like! The drink was spot on. Very nice people greeting and serving you! The food was delicious as well and I can’t wait to get back and try more. From a scale of 1 not feeling like home, to a 10, A taste of being back in Texas, I would give it a strong 8. Only because it was more to the Mexican side than the Texican (Tex-Mex) side. That is a compliment. Haven’t found anything as close since I have been here.“
“Easy to miss restaurant when driving down Broadway. We come here every other week for a quick bite, we are local, the wait staff is quick and friendly. The food has always been delicious every time. The neighborhood is unsavory at times, so if you feel unsafe (I'm used to the riff-raff) it's best to order to go. But definitely worth a try!“
“While visiting Palm Beach with a group of 11 people, we ate at this really good Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere was very happy and lively. Everyone enjoyed the entrée that they chose and the service was really good. If you are in Palm Beach, this is a great place to try.“
“Food and service excellent. We also had their ultimate Margaretas that was very good. Four of us ate our fill from Barreto, casadida, tortilla and pork chops. All dishes were ample and very good. Didn't have chance to take pictures as was too busy eating. Their chips and dips were very good and kept on coming. Will be back.Vegetarian options: Gluten-free items“
