“My youngest son and I stopped in a few days ago - we were greeted kindly by the owners. Their adorable son was friendly with mine. We ordered our donuts and talked about the variety of food and coffee options. I brought the box home & my older children devoured the treats. The donuts were fresh and the flavors were amazing. We cannot wait to go back - I plan to try a coffee next time.“

“I’ve been a regular at this location for over 2 years now. Shirley is always my favorite part of every visit- she is always so kind & fun. Today, I went in for my normal order but needed some help with a mobile order I placed previously & upon pickup, didn’t have some of the items I ordered so I was told to “come back another day & they’ll get you what you ordered”. I asked for even a refund or credit on my account but was told it wasn’t possible. I’m not one to argue or anything so I told the young man I’d come back another day as he suggested. Today, I explained what happened to Miss Shirley & she was beyond helpful. Her and Ayla were able to put together what I had ordered previously but didn’t get. I’m not one for confrontation so I was scared to even ask or cause an issue but Shirley & Ayla made it a great visit! I will forever recommend this location because of the customer service they provide. Thank you again, ladies!“

“I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that.“

“Been coming to this location since I moved here two years ago. The staff are all so sweet. They do their best and work hard. You never have to wait a super long time (unless it’s a customer causing the issues). Thanks for making me smile and giving me caffeine!“
