“I went in today to grab a snack and a drink while I sat in store to Study for a test I have coming up... The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and assist me today. Not only was the service was quick but the workers were just so friendly and helpful. The shift manager on duty was the best!! And the worker Evan, was friendly and made me feel super welcomed!! I definitely recommend coming to this location.“

“This is a franchise Dunkin Doughnuts, with good food and coffee is at a reasonable price. They also will make coffee to order, which is fantastic. I don't like Starbucks, and this is a fabulous alternative. With sandwiches and bagels, of course, doughnuts at a reasonable price. “I’ve ordered ahead twice at this location in the past two weeks with 3-4 large coffee carry to-go orders and one included 4 dozen donuts as well. They not only had my order ready to go at the time of scheduled pick up, but also had more than enough sugar, cream, cups, lids and stirrers to go around! “It's been a while since I've been in a Dunkin, but as I was leaving Walmart I noticed Dunkin on the way out, so I swung in. The Young Lady at the counter greeted me immediately and was very pleasant. She helped me with getting familiar with new items and helped me Decide On The watermelon refresher!!! What a delight that was! Perfect suggestion for a perfectly hot day! She engaged in conversation and made our brief interaction very comfortable. “I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that.“
“Today was our first visit not realising we were at the closing hour for a little after school treat so we weren't able to experience the atmosphere, but wow were given the greatest options 1 of everything. When told these are croissant like with layers of fluffiness, not a traditional cake or a typical donut...amazing. Thank you so much for treating our girls to something sweet, we will be back for the whole experience including your GF options with coffee.“
