“This is truly an iconic place for Sarasota county and Charlotte county it has been open since as long as I can remember family owned and operated l. This place is an absolute treasure to the area. Their donuts are always fresh and delicious coffee. They are a small shop and only take cash but I see that as being a plus it’s like stepping back in time when life was much slower the food was much better and so was the service and company. Definitely a must stop. Such an amazing gem. ❤️“
“Ordered ahead, food was not ready. Lobby had a water spill and staff could care less even after 3 conversations. Sorted is 1 item had to go back. So not impressed. Will not be back. Had cross ain't. Wife threw away. Bacon, avocado, tomato sandwich. Horrible. No real bagels had to have stuffed bagel it was ok at best. Best item was coffee thankfully“
“Highly recommend! I don't recall how I found out about Larry's but I'm glad I did! I hate to cook and they offer premade meals, frozen and fresh for an extremely reasonable price! I've also tried their world's worst chili dog which was the perfect amount of spicy, loved it! Oh and their homemade chocolate chip cookies are worth the calories!“
“Excellent donuts! We had an old fashioned, a crueler and a cake donut with powdered sugar, all 3 kinds were very light and tasty. There’s nothing worse than a dense cake donut that you have to choke down. Definitely worth a visit, but FYI, it’s cash only.“
“I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that.“
“I stopped in here last week after my drs appointment. I ordered the drink of the day which was a Maple Candy Latte. It was delicious!!! The staff were all very friendly & sweet, they even left me a sweet note on my coffee! I will definitely be back!!!“
