"Sarah" is an absolute disgrace to be called a manager in any establishment that handles food. Doesn't clean equipment between customers (VERY DIFFERENT) drinks. She's willing to remake the drink 5 times, but not to CLEAN THE BLENDER PER YOUR POLICY? You would've saved all that wasted product and money for your company. Zero reason why the cheese on my egg and cheese isn't melted. I hate to sound petty but cmon! There was no line, y'all weren't crazy busy. You just didn't care. It was evident in the lack of enthusiasm and words exchanged at the window.
