Had dinner here tonight and was impressed with the 3 young men working. The employee taking orders and making sandwiches was extremely friendly! The young man cooking was proficient and courteous. The other young man was cleaning the lobby. We are here from Panama City for work and I was craving Jersey Mikes! I had to drive 30 miles from my hotel and do not regret it a bit. Thanks for great service!

However, recent reviews highlight positive experiences, mentioning friendly and helpful staff who serve quickly. Customers have praised the restaurant for its clean environment and flavorful, fresh subs made right before their eyes. The atmosphere has improved, and customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Despite past concerns, many now enjoy the tasty rolls and attentive service, making this location a good choice for a satisfying sub.
