“I can't fully express how exceptional this restaurant is. I organized a sunset cruise for a group of 24 guests, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the provisions (food) we were expecting. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. He continued to check in and make sure we were ok and had everything we needed and accommodated every single request ❤️ I am incredibly grateful for everything. Jackson and his staff turned what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable evening. This special group of oncology nurses truly deserved a memorable night, and thanks to you, we got exactly that. Thank you so much for making it an experience we will never forget! 🥰“

“We had such an awesome experience at Rooftop @1WLO. Huge thank you to Nikki Taylor, who was seriously amazing from start to finish. Even though we reached out super last minute, she somehow made everything come together perfectly. She went above and beyond coordinating the table, handled all the details, and was so supportive with all the bachelor party logistics.

Also, the ambience up there is unbeatable. The lighting, music, and views all come together to make it such a fun vibe. The drink service was fast and friendly, and every cocktail we had was on point. The staff really kept the energy going all night, and it made the whole night feel effortless.

As a bar, it had a limited but satisfying beer and liquor selection but offsets that lack of variety with high quality food. The wings are amazing, and there are lots of fried seafood, salads, sandwiches and burgers, all fresher and tastier than you’d expect. This is also a no frills bar for locals, a true neighborhood hangout worth getting to know even if you don’t live in the neighborhood.“

“We just finished with our first visit here and we will definitely be back.. we started with a dozen raw which were very clean just a little small wife had fried catfish and I had blackened Mahi mahi.. of course we shared all and everything was awesome wife even liked the coleslaw and she is very picky with that. We had Brittney as a waitress very friendly and personable. The only thing we didn’t like here was the fact that they charge you for using a credit card and during this day and age everybody uses a card which means the owner makes a killing off of just that charge in itself but overall great experience and again we will be back for sure“

“This is really my favorite hotel in South Beach. The property is right on the beach. There’s a nice pool, great beach, and accommodating staff. The decor is true Art Deco, but it’s at this point in need of some love. The rooms are starting to show wear. I was “upgraded” because of my status to a balcony room. The balcony was just big enough for a chair. No more. And the only window was the slider. Still the view was amazing.“

“Kathy absolutely saved the day with her customer service, she went above and beyond for her customer and assisted me with retrieving my phone in the chair abyss of the side of the booth. Honestly the entire team went above and beyond asking what they could bring or do to help. Well worth coming to an establishment like this if they are willing to venture out of the restaurant biz and go into carpentry for a lost phone! Once again thank you kathy and team!
