Went through the drive-thru on New Year's Eve and they had a sticker on their window that said they were out of cold brew but on the app it didn't say that they were out of cold brew so when I went to the window to confirm if they were out of cold foam and cold brew the person taking my order proceeded to say in the nastiest tone "where do you see that at." I was in there today, a December 13th 2:30pmthere was a woman with 2 children in front of me. She was ignored for 5 minutes. She walked out while the 3 people behind the counter argued as to whose job it was to cover counterthen one of them came over and asked me what I wanted. I said a medium black coffee.
