Lattes are being made with burnt espresso, and it makes them taste like shit.
Espresso needs to go into the drink as soon as possible, because otherwise it burns.
This store is preparing espresso in advance and just letting it sit so that they can more quickly prepare drinks, while destroying the taste.
Please teach employees, maybe even have them taste the difference between burnt espresso and fresh, so that they don't keep doing this.
