you get pollo here is not the greatest but will do. what i think is corporate needs to invest in redoing this place. is old. ambient is created when building is getting old you cant fix and old lady. please corporate invest some money redoing the building and things will improve people there are trying their best. restroom are a vomit. old and falling apart. is not the workers is corporate that needs to pay attention redoing this old building. one thing theres always a big guy...

Pollo Tropical offers flavorful Caribbean-inspired dishes like marinated grilled chicken, TropiChops, and yuca bites. While many appreciate the taste and value, service inconsistencies and occasional order errors have been noted, especially at this location but so far I haven’t had an issue with them
