A nice down home cooking restaurant with friendly service and good food. One of the very few places I will go back to for some soul food. Not many places around that are even decent in terms of down home cooking and this hit the spot.
Came in with a party of four as we were in town from Chicago. We waited over an hour for our food. At no point was there ever more than 20 people in the restaurant. With the constant errors at the table next to us it appears to be a communication issue in the kitchen. The guy that started off serving us was nice. Then out of no where there was a lady serving us.
