We made a reservation for 4:30 and had to wait to be seated. Then there did not appear to be enough servers or kitchen staff because the food took forever and the fish was overcooked. We had gift certificates and the server rang up a $100 certificate as $10. This is the second time that we have had VERY slow service. We will not be back.
We sat for at least 40 minutes waiting for 3 cheeseburgers. The waiter walked past us numerous times, never even stopped to acknowledge the fact that our food was taking too long. The manager apologized, but we had already decided to leave and go somewhere else. We won’t be back.
Our server, Hannah in Ocala, was amazing! Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. We had the parmesan crusted trout, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the bang bang shrimp appetizer as well!
