Worst Chic Fill A I’ve ever experienced. Only 2 registers and I had to give my order to Bryce twice as he wasn’t paying attention.

I just have to say—Josh at Chick-fil-A is hands down one of the best people I’ve met there. Not even just the best worker… the best person. From the second he greets you, you can tell he genuinely cares. His energy is so positive and welcoming, it literally changes your whole mood.
He doesn’t just take your order — he makes you feel seen. Super polite, patient, smiling the entire time, and actually listens. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Even when it’s busy, he stays calm, friendly, and on top of everything. That kind of consistency is rare.
It’s people like Josh that make you want to come back, not just for the food but for the experience. Chick-fil-A already has great customer service, but Josh takes it to another level. Promote him, protect him, appreciate him. 10/10 every time 🙌🔥

Today at approximately 9:30 pm I was at Chick-fil-A at 3445 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL 34474, United States. I waited for more than 20 minutes for Abby to finish serving a customer. After taking that customer's order, which took about 5 minutes, the customer spent the next 15 minutes joking with Abby, as she was very happy and smiling with him. This customer returned a milkshake, and I realized it was one of the milkshakes we had ordered. When I told her I didn't want that milkshake because it looked like the one the previous customer had returned, and I explained why, she just laughed in my face. I asked her if there was something funny I had said, since I had been watching everything Abby was doing. She never threw away the milkshake the previous customer had returned and instead talked to another employee. This employee quickly said he would make a new milkshake for us, but Abby was just laughing hysterically as if I were a clown. This angered me, and I asked for a refund for both milkshakes I had paid for. I understand that the manager was the one who came to talk to me and asked if I could stop recording. I said yes. She was very kind and courteous and apologized. The guy in the photo was the employee who didn't condone Abby's behavior. I hope the supervisors and Chick-fil-A management can take action regarding employees like Abby

We ate there after a long trip. Had a late 2pm lunch. Good food and the lady that attended us was friendly.

I love Chick-fil-A, but I really love this Chick-fil-I I was driving from Wisconsin to Florida. I did not need to spend a lot of time but I was prepared to wait in line because I like Chick-fil-A that much. This place was a warp speed Chick-fil-A! I had barely told them my order when suddenly I was handed my drink, and then before I could get the straw in the lid, they handed me my meal! Well, done team, well done!

The restaurant has all the atmosphere of its location, a food court in Paddock Mall. The food is excellent and the staff impressive!
