As newcomers to Ocala, we have tried numerous restaurants with many disappointments. Last night we ventured to Royal Orchid. We did not have high hopes when we arrived. It is situated in an old strip mall right on Highway 200 that has seen better days. WOW were we pleasantly surprised. The decor inside is unique, inviting, and immaculate. I’m very picky when it comes to Thia food and this place is amazing. My go to is Pad Thai and I have them add duck, which is a up charge but worth it. The duck is nice and crispy and the noodles have a lot of flavor. The portions are very generous I share with my wife. Highly recommend this place for Thia style food.

We are in Ocala for a swim meet. We wanted Thai food for dinner. The Royal Orchid was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious! Very authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was exceptional and the ambiance was very relaxing. We will definitely return!
