I walked up to the line. There was one other person in front of me being assisted. No one looked at me. No one acknowledged me No one greeted me. The place was not busy. There were two other guests dining in. It would appear that they do not take pride in a clean restaurant. The line that my bowl in my burrito went across was filthy. I even asked them if they could clean it off. Granted, if they had just come off of a rush, I can understand that. But when Restaurant is slow, staff should take that time to clean up especially the way Chipotle is set up, You can see everything and it was absolutely filthy behind in the kitchen Prep Area. That was my very first visit and I may consider not returning.

The meat is extremely salty. We've eaten there a few times and thought that maybe it was just a one time thing but its been every single time. The meat was so salty we had to throw it away because the salt was so excessive and super overwhelming. It was nice to have a Chipotle closer to the SW side of town but we started going back to the old location.

The night shift employees treated me like garbage, throwing the food ingredients into the bowl I ordered. They threw the food around like I was an animal, and with a very aggressive attitude. 100% not recommended junk place that was it's empty no corn no lettuce no tomato they closed at 11 pm I get there at 9 pm every employee has a attitude never go that place again

Food had cilantro in every dish they have a spicy taste to all their food even their guacamole even their white rice honestly would suggest to take it out. I hope you have guacamole and any of your condiments at home that you would need for this dinner Because they charge for everything!!!

Walked in around 8:15pm. They were already cleaning up for the night. They close at 11... Carne Asada was very dry, tough and lots of rubbery pieces I had to spit out. Husband's burrito had very little chicken. All the toppings were on the back table to where you couldn't see them...they basically had to rattle off the toppings to me so I could tell then what I want. I said I wouldn't go back to Chipotle after my last visit to the one on 27th, but I decided to give this one a try as it new. Unfortunately, the food has taken a turn for the worst over the years. I think I'm done.
