“Excellent customer service. Brandi and Brandon were absolutely kind and generous. Part of the reason why I came here is because my uncle said this was the best Dunkin location he has ever been to and I can see why. Definitely recommend others to come to this location!“
“Edit: I am updating this review due to a great experience on 6/13/23. No rewards were used, yet I was met with the usual amazing service. It restored our faith in this location as we had before. We are willing to drive the extra mile to experience great service and kindness with a smile. Thank you!The drinks are always made appropriately, but be vigilant when being cashed out by Brianna. She lied to my face on what rewards were taken off as I am a frequent customer and I manage to aquire rewards. I asked twice to confirm that the rewards were taken off after being scan and she repeatedly confirmed. As she took payment she conferred with the manager as she brought drinks over to pass out the window and it's was obvious something was wrong. I asked again if the rewards were taken off because the app continued to display the reward after the sale was completed, the manager responded with I'm sorry she already cashed you out. The amount isn't an issue as I can use the reward afterwards, THE ISSUE IS BEING LIED TO, TO A CUSTOMERS FACE REPEATEDLY. This is something I do not commonly experience at any locations. If Brianna is new then she should be proficient in the position or shadowed. This experience was alarming, who else has been lied to in this manner. I hope this single issue get resolved, as being lied to is a sign of deception. Hopefully it doesn't extend to other aspects inside of this location. Again I have not encountered this at this location before nor have I felt deceived at any other locations in this area.“
“They have the freshest Donuts and the best bagels, next to making my own. And their coffee is out of this world and the flavors that go into it if you choose, with cream is out of this world delicious. Decaf, regular, or you can get decaf and regular mix together, which is my choice. I highly recommend them.Vegetarian options: They have cream cheese to put on Bagels that is Veggie“
“Fresh do no's are dee best... cold coffee could use a lot less syrup/sugar. Customer service was superb & the workers here deserve 20/hr AT LEAST. Definitely gonna make this my local place to grab a couple cake circles when I need em'. “
“Today I traveled from the Dunkin in Belleview to this one on maricamp and have had a much more pleasant and speedy service. As suggested from the cashier from Belleview to my wife to take her business here when they were in the wrong. I did, and I waited in line for less than 3min and have received my full order correctly without problems.This Dunkin has priorities in order today, and will get my future business, thank you.“
“They've re-organized the inside of the store, not sure whether it's better or not it was different from before. The drive thru is kind of a poorly thought of design. Very narrow spot and with no parking lot your sometimes sitting in your car on Archer road or the rear of your vehicle sticking out on that busy road sitting... But besides that everything else is great!...Wheelchair accessibility: Easily able to see all the donuts on all the racks with their recent layout change...“

“I decided to make a quick Dunkin’ run this morning since I just got off work and I was greeted by the sweet voice of Caitlyn.She was spunky and friendly over the intercom and she was patient with me.I loved that interaction with her!I pulled up to the window and met Mr. Edward who was kind and gentle.He was very sweet and brought my food to me over by the front of the store.He wished me a very happy good day and just like that he went right back to work.This may seem like a normal interaction between employee and customer, but I haven’t seen it in quite sometime.I felt like I was treated like a person and that they were happy to be there that morning.It absolutely made my morning and 100% made my day go a heck of a lot smoother than it was going.All love to Caitlyn & Edward!! “this new Dunkun location is extremely consistent, friendly staff and its not a guessing game on what your latte or coffees will come out taste like. great MGMT clearly or good training. make deinks.that are 5 to 8 .00 each should not be a guessing game!“
“Love ? the ? donuts!!!? One suggestion, get bigger boxes? so you can lay your donuts flat ? stacking them vertically on their sides is not good, ? especially for the cream filled donuts hard to grab, sticks to other donuts and makes a mess. But overall Great ? place ?“
