Such nice people! Was surprised at the cost because I saw the one and only menu photo that said it was $12 for lunch. It was $16 plus tax and tip. But still a great deal, as I be meal is PLENTY for two people. I tried to add a menu photo showing the Tuesday lunch offering. Will be back for sure!

Parking: There are a few parking spots in front of the strip mall, with pretty high turnover since many get carry-out.

I got myself the 2pc chicken fried steak with baked beans and mashed potatoes w/ gravy. The environment was cozy, the service was friendly, and the food is amazing. Chicken fried steak was juicy, breaded nicely, and great flavor. Baked beans were good. Mashed potatoes were also very good, not salty at all and the gravy it came with was perfect along with it. Large portions and amazing food at a fair price.

🥰Great Food, Great special occasions, Great for Catering, Ist Saturday Menu. Friendly atmosphere. Clean inside and all around Great for my Lunch Breaks only a couple of minutes from anywhere in town on the Boulevard stretch!!!

Here is another gem in Marion County. Small soul food dinner on Silver Springs Blvd in Ocala FL. Tastes like Granny's cooking. My favorite is the homemade Banana Pudding ?. The best I had in the state of Florida. Corn bread is perfect too. Loved the catfish fillets. Just everything tastes good. I suggest take out and call your order ahead of time. Unbelievably good food! A five star rating is not good enough. If you have not tried the food here, your missing out! The meatloaf was some of the best I have ever had, no joke!!?
