“Did yall know they have Gluten Free ones too? I really love this store!! When I ordered Gluten Free one they clean the meat slicer,knife,cutting board and everything!! very clean,fast and yummy!! some ppl complains about how soggy the bread is but you can put vinegar and oil on the side so you can put it yourself right before you eat,

“I live in Colorado, and my mom is a senior citizen living in Ocala, Fl. For her birthday, she asked for a sub delivered by Jersey Mike's. She told me what kind, and how she wanted it prepared, but the Grub Hub app didn't allow for that kind of customization so I got it as close as I could, but it was not going to be exactly what she asked for. I placed the order and tried to call my mom to let her know, but I couldn't reach her. The delivery arrived, and mom knew right away it wasn't "right." She just didn't know why. She promtly got in her car and drove over to Jersey Mike's to get this resolved. Long story short, even though they knew they made it correctly per the order, they didn't even blink and made another one exactly the way she liked it. They didn't question it, object, or agrue. They smiled and made a customer very happy. She already liked Jersey Mike's, but now she loves them. Thanks to everyone at the store. You did good.“
“Jersey Mike's is our go to sandwich shop. We've been loyal customers for nearly a decade. This location has been outstanding in their service, quality, and cleanliness. We enjoy coming to this location since we moved to Ocala in 2022. If a location could be the model store, I'd like to think we are fortunate enough to have it here! For anyone who likes a good recommendation off the menu, #13 is my favorite. The chicken big kahuna is my favorite hot. My wife loves their wheat wraps. They are vegetarian friendly and can even accommodate vegan needs. They have a portobello mushroom that is a vegetarian delight. You will not find a bad sandwich because you pick what's on it. Rosemary Parmesan is my favorite bread for any sandwich. Hope this review is helpful. Stop debating and head on over!
