“Jacob and Thomas are the real deal. Both these young man are very professional, kind , courteous. Every time I stop by this store they’re always both smiling and in a cheerful mood creating a place I want to sit down and enjoy my sandwich. “Stop by the other day with my brother 10-20-23. I ordered the Philly cheese and my brother had the Tuna melt. I asked Paige who took my order to recommend any add ons that she might like. The sandwiches were great and Paige suggestions were spot on. Thanks Paige for your help.“

“This location is the cleanest JMS I've ever visited. The assembly line/food area was clean and well kept unlike other locations I've seen. The person on the slicer was very conscious about changing his gloves each time as he navigated from the food area to the register. As I was sitting down enjoying my food, I even watched them wipe down and clean the food area after making subs. I was truly impressed with their food safety practices, and felt comfortable consuming my food! The employees were friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed while I decided what I wanted, and they didn't give off vibes like they were annoyed. I had the gluten free bread which was really good. I enjoyed my sub 100%. I will definitely be back in the near future!“

“Good food but bad service, therefore I will not return to this branch in particular, the manager's duty is to ask for your order and not make you wait 20 minutes, if you have many orders, help your staff not leave one alone and the one with less “

“Placed an order through the app and we picked it up. Got the order out and found the one sub wasn’t correct and was given the wrong chips. Called the store and spoke with Lindsey and explained what had happened. She never hesitated and never made any excuses for what had happened. She immediately refunded my card for the one sub and the chips. I never expected a refund but it was greatly appreciated. Thank you Jersey Mike’s and especially Lindsey for taken care of me. I will definitely be back one because I love the food and two how the situation was handled. Lindsey is a A+++ employee. Thank you again!!“

“8/24/2023It was lunch time so it was very busy. I understood that they had to zip everyone through but it made me feel rushed and like they couldn't pay attention. Not the employees fault but still a little frustrating. The sandwich was good. So I'm sure I'll go back, just will order ahead next time.“

“I love Jersey Mikes and was happy to see one in the food court at the Orlando airport. The sandwich’s only come in one size. Basically a “regular”, but it’s stuffed with meat (the #9) is anyway. Great lunch on the go or sit in the ample amount of available tables.“

“Had Jersey Mike's Sub for the first time and I was not disappointed. Definitely lived up to the hype. The service was friendly as this is a really busy location. The toppings were very loaded...me being from Canada...we are not used to such huge servings but it was definitely a good change. Highly recommended.“

“Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop. And this is my favorite location. Their subs are excellent. They are a little pricey compared to Subway, but I feel the quality is well worth it. Make sure you go online and join their customer appreciation club and gain Shore Points every time you buy something. It doesn't take long to save enough points for a free sub or you can use those you have acquired to reduce the cost of your next purchase. My fav is #17, the Philly steak and cheese.“

“Jersey Mike's is a good option when you are craving a sub (whether hot or cold). Out of the national sub franchises, I would say that they are the best and with corporate training, they seem to always be consistent when providing their products. The staff here was friendly and it had the ambiance that you expect from a Jersey Mike's location. My go-to subs are the Italian for a cold sub and the "Big Kahuna" (basically a cheesesteak with everything) for a hot sub.Today, despite it being insanely hot, I went with their Big Kahuna. The cheesesteak was prepared perfectly, but I do have to admit that the cold sub my client got had me questioning my choice. I guess it will give me a reason to stop back at one of their locations and get a cold sub.All in all, it's a great Jersey Mike's location and I would definitely recommend here.“
