“We bought a couple of giant cheesesteaks and split a drink. The staff was friendly, listened well, and our sandwiches were delicious. They were really expensive though. We paid over forty dollars and didn't get any extras. Their giant subs are overpriced for the quantity given.“

“I have been to several Jersey Mike’s locations in the area, but the Palm Bay store is absolutely tops. I’ve visited at different times for both lunch and dinner, and the experience is consistently fantastic.I’ve tried three different subs so far—one hot and two cold— and every single time they were made fast, correct, and exactly how I asked. What really sets this location apart is the staff. Every employee looks clean, professional, and always has a smile on their face. You are greeted warmly the moment you walk through the door.During my last visit, I asked who the manager was and watched her work alongside her crew. She does an amazing job; the whole team works together like a finely oiled machine. Management should be incredibly proud of this Palm Bay team and their leadership. I will definitely keep coming back!“

“The first time calling to order and pickup up a couple sandwiches from this location. I called and visited yesterday.
The phone call was short and hurried a bit.
Upon picking up the items my husband said the same pressure and irregard was happening inside as well.
fortunately the food is good and bread is soft. The rosemary one was very different and the reason why I ordered.
The lack of customer service is the only downfall.
Maybe they are rushed, low staff, not sure but took the taste down a bit“

“It feels a little smaller. But everyone always greets you with a smile. They get your order correct. It doesn’t take long and Jersey mikes offers with the points you get. Food always tastes great.
My issue is the parking lot. Potholes. Watch out. Parking seems to be scarce. And there’s always people pulling up. Backing up or walking in the parking lot. Usually non are looking in any of those listed.“
