I’ve always been a fan of Pei Wei, but the quality of the food today was so far below what I would expect that I don’t think I will be in the mood for another order for a very long time. Currently stuck with a stomach ache after this dinner :( hopefully it was a one time thing and they haven't dropped their food standards that low.

I ordered the 2’item combo. Rice, orange chicken, and Mongolian chicken. First off they didn’t even welcome me at all. They just looking at me as if I’m dumb while I’m eating on them to acknowledge me. Food was horrible. Orange chicken was super over cooked, hard. I went to show the guy by cashier he just points with his finger to a female worker who served my food. I go up to her, all she says “we can’t take it back.” Well duh! I’m just trying to show her. She goes to just serve me again from the same bash of orange chicken and it was still super over cooked, hard, nasty. She didn’t even apologize nor anything. I said thank you and she just went on with her business. Well , I started to eat the rice and guess what?! Semi cold, no taste whatsoever!!!! Tasted mmm idk like when you reheat two days old rice idk … I didnt go back to mention this due to some people in line I did t want to make them look bad in front of them! But best believe I will never go back there and will tell all my fiends and few coworkers at the mall . By the way they all look miserable and the energy they project is sad

So this place use to be good. But they changed chefs. Now my favorite item was the cheese wantons . Sorry I didn't take a Pic I was mad and threw them out. Apparently the new recipe calls for like 1 drop of cream cheese. And there was no managers around to help and I finally got them to give me something else and the egg roll was blah. Will not be eating there again! Also the strawberry lemonade is mediocre. Also they didn't even have sauce .

Incompetent woman. There was hair in my food so I tried to get a refund she denied because it was "blonde" and it was CLEARLY her hair, she took the food and PICKED UP THE HAIR WITH THE CHICKEN TONGS and then put the tongs back in the food. I did not get money back, or food exchange horrible service I dont know her name but it is the asian women

Gave the wrong order with Uber eats my cousin is allergic to mushrooms. I had drive to the mall and get the order fixed. The manager took no responsibility she blamed it on someone else and would not compensate any other way. Not a good first experience
This place has such good food. It's always fresh and hot. The ladies working here are super nice too. They are helpful and will let you try stuff but will also recommend items. I had the bourbon chicken, orange chicken and green beans with noodles. It was great

I've tried a lot of different chinese places around ocala and so far this place offers the best price and the most flexibility when ordering.Some places won't let me get a couple different kinds of meat without a pretty heafty upcharge; that's not problem here!The fried rice can be a hit or miss some days but the chicken is always fire ?
