Tried to order online and the combo entries only showed, chicken combos. @grubhub I know there are other entries with beef if you are at the Mall. I ordered online and came in to pick up my order they claimed they never got my order even though I had proof of my order number and such I asked to speak to a manager and a worker said okay and continued to tell me there was no order there under my name or anything so I asked again for manager and he proceed to say that all the employees on that shift was the manager. Tell me why I found a cockroach leg in my sesame chicken like what this place needs to be shut down.

Excellent food, and plentiful. The coconut curry chicken was very good and the bourbon chicken as well. Was able to order delicious vegetables. The spring rolls were tasty. Come and check it out of you are here at Paddock Mall in Ocala

I was on line to order. A lady brought back her food because there was something wrong with her order. I saw a female, I think the manager, start to put the lady’s food back in the food bin trays. I got off line and left. That is definitely a health code violation.

I’ve been coming here for fresh Chinese food for years and have always enjoyed their combo meals. I do miss the days when you could sample before buying—it made the experience even better.
The food is still good and freshly made, but the service has gone downhill. On my last visit, the associate was rude and aggressive just because I didn’t want rice or noodles with my meal. She insisted that I had to choose one, but when I came back to order another combo, she suddenly said I could get vegetables instead. The inconsistency and attitude were disappointing.
While the food remains solid, the poor service has made me reconsider this as my go-to spot when visiting the mall.

My daughter and I went there yesterday and waited to eat until we got home about 30 minutes later, the noodles were extra soft and tasted funny. We decided to. returned the food the next day and the manager was nice, friendly and gave us another meal the food was fresh and tasted great.

We used to eat at this place every time we came to the mall, but not any longer. Food was luke warm at best and when it was mentioned to manager, nothing done to rectify the food that was not hot
I had takeout got home started to eat and it was TERRIBLE NOT FRESH wouldn't eat there again. Drove back and talk to the manager he refunded my money back.Thats what I wanted.

Times are tough and the young Hispanic girl working pretends that she doesn’t speak English when I asked to separate the entrees so my family could share one 3 entree with a side. This is USA. Speak English or go back where you belong.

Just got home with honey chicken,noodles,and Mongolian beef,horrible so salty unbelievable, chicken so over cooked , usually food is good, maybe having a bad day , I'll try again and let you all know .
