Been in line for 20 minutes. When we got up to the window to get our food, our milkshakes had been sitting there and then still had to wait for our food.
try opening on time for starters
Their toaster was down so they stopped taking orders. (Rather than firing up the flat top and roasting buns....oh wait do they even have a flat top....probably not. ). Ppl coming in from drive thru waiting on food for 15 minutes or longer No one told drive thru of the problem, so angry guests. In the span of 10 minutes 5 guests got refunds and left. This place needs management training badly!
