I ordered through app on my way home. The hours are clearly shown on this page and the app. Lobby closes at 11pm and drive thru, 24hrs. I ordered at 10:46pm and, at the window, this manager (rude as f***) said she ain’t have my order and the restaurant was close because they had NO FOOD!
Never going back and y’all should never visit this place. No food, no management, no customer service skills… what a dumpster. Krystal has better service than this location!
Undercooked burgers and an hour spent in the drive thru. And the ice cream machine was down 🤷🏻♀️
