I ordered two large pizzas to be delivered and within an hour was called back and told our order was voided so when we called back to re-order, I was rudely accosted on the phone and when asked for a manager, I was hung up on these aren’t the type of people I do business with! Oh, it Was Wednesday night, July 23 the guy you gotta answer phones it’s gonna lose you a lot of business

Don’t uber eats here guys the workers don’t add the stickers to the pizza box to secure and seal your order the white Caucasian lady w a bun in her hair made me (the uber driver) do it instead

Ordered a cheddar crust pizza and there was no cheddar on it. I also added a side of marinara for .75 and didn't receive that either.

I place an online order 6/17 for delivery that was totaled 32.17. I ALWAYS choose NO tip online because I pay cash tips directly to the delivery driver. After paying the driver a cash tip I received a notice that i was charged $40 and some change. Someone added a tip of $7.44 on my receipt without my authorization. STOLE MY MONEY!! When I called the store to try and find a resolution. They told me that I was pretty much lying and that I had to add the tip. But I know FOR A FACT that I did not because I NEVER do! There was never any attempt to rectify. There wasn't even an apology. So naturally, I asked for a corporate number. And once again, they refused to assist me and told me to google it. Then they hung up on me. Do not order online from this store. They are THEIVES! And VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They add tips to card receipts and pockets the money!! I will never give my business to them again and I will advise EVERYONE to steer clear of this establishment.

We ordered two original pizzas : both were not correct, when we called to get assistance, placed us on hold multiple times and refused to look up our order. Would not order from here!

They use Door Dash. I never get the soda that I pay for and they dropped my pizza on the ground. We leave a tip on the order, never again. Lousy service.

Managers are something else at this store. Highly rude and unprofessional as they come. Food isn't all that great either pizza is junk. Need cooperate to contact me about this issue. These kinda of people are why I eat Piesanos Stone Fired pizza. Rude people need not to be in management

This is NOT the Shaq-A-Roni they advertise. Not even close. See the comparison pics. Besides it being almost void of pepperoni (I also added ham), it tasted...well, it had no taste. Just awful. I gave it 2 stars only because I've had worse, but not by much. The pizza joint across 200 is vastly better but was closed.
