I have eaten at Poke Express a numerous of times and this time it was an awful experience. My husband and I ordered the fried chicken for our entree; I ordered first and because there wasn’t enough for my husband’s order they had to fry more (my husband ordered extra chicken). Meanwhile, my order was already being prepared from the chicken that was there in which I had no problem with. Then the fresh chicken was mixed with the chicken that was there. This is where the problem came in. Now how long was the older chicken there and how many times was it remixed? When I was eating my food, I could tell my chicken was old and out of time. That is definitely a safety issue and I will mention this on my next visit. Also, they were not friendly versus all of my other visits. Maybe it was a not so great day for them.*One bad day could cause a person to become ill.

Wrong order was delivered. I ordered a fried chicken and a shrimp bowl. I received 2 shrimps with the wrong toppings. Too hungry to wait but disappointed. So much for quality control.

The manager, I forgot his name but started with an H, was terrible. Rung me up after I had my bowl made and couldn’t hear what I said because he had music playing in his AirPods. I then ordered a lychee lemonade, but with his music playing, he just heard the lemonade part so when I went back to ask for the lychee syrup he made a big deal that I only paid for a regular lemonade. I persisted that he got my order wrong and just asked for the syrup on the side and he tried to ring me up for another lemonade. Pricing aside, this was terrible customer service and the taste of the food didn’t make up for it, would never go back.

I order through Uber Eats and I was impressed with the portions and the quality of the food. Perfect food temperature nice presentation. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I added a note to put sauces on the side and instead they added sauce to the food. But other than that it was delicious!

Its sad, because I love their food. But their attitudes are horrible and bland. No one there has any kind of personality. I hate supporting businesses that don't seem appreciative of the customers. No one there ever smiles.Done believe me??!! Well, while your purchasing from another place in the food court.....Just watch from a distance on how they interact with their customers. Smh!

I ordered here for lunch on Uber eats. I have food allergies and had to throw away all of my food. Both bowls had sauces I did not order and the chicken was heavily marinated in sauces and the tofu looks like it's fried in sauce. This is so dangerous for people with food allergies to put so many ingredients in an order without telling someone. Even if you don't have allergies you are not eating as healthy as you think here . It's loading with sugary / high calorie items they aren't telling you about. You think your eating healthy and your not
