My first time ordering online and she was very nice with me wanting to take advantage of there online deals she helped me because my ordering was horrible but I did two orders and by the 2nd one I was a pro lol ty and the food was exactly what I needed

Accidentally placed an order at the wrong subway, phone number doesn’t work that’s posted online. Tried to call and get my refund. Can’t get a hold of anybody.
Just stopped in for a sandwich. The young lady is not welcoming at all. Had this mean stuck up look on her face as if you owe her something, she is sick of everything or simply has no awareness of how important it is to provide a welcoming and friendly customer experience to All customers. I'm here from NY visiting my family, and this is the first poor experience I've encountered from Tampa to Ocala. I'll pick a different location next time.

If I could rate a zero I would. This woman gave us the dirtiest look when we walked in because it was 10 minutes to closing. She was extremely rude and told us she could not serve us what we wanted to order. I would never recommend anyone to go here again. I wish I got her name,

I ordered three subs from this 3131 SW collage road location in Ocala Florida at about 5:30pm and the Dash driver brought them to the parking lot in Gladewinds apartments off 20th but, he didn't speak any English so we couldn't communicate via text or call so he brought the food back to the store and hours later I ordered the same three subs and this subways sent me the exact subs from hours earlier that the driver returned to the store, which were soggy mush and charged me for both orders. $50 for three soggy subs that should have never been sent out after being driven around return to the store and then hours later returned to me/ the customer around 7:30pm in horrible condition due to the toasted bread being hard as a rock in some places and soggy in others. I've called the store at least 6 times and nobody answers so I had to contact my bank about the charges. Worst experience ever.

Stephanie without a name tag at this location at approximately 4:05pm today, had one of the most unwelcoming attitudes when we walked in. She didn’t even want to speak when me and my three children upon our arrival. She literally looked us in our faces for almost 5 seconds before she spoke. Normally I would speak regardless, but her energy told us everything as soon as we walked in. While my 14 year old was trying to tell her what he wanted on his sandwich she rudely and aggressively interrupted him stating, “what is this sandwich gonna be” she rolled her eyes and walked away. First off he has a special request sandwich he gets where ever he orders a deli sandwich; therefore, there is NO NAME. So the learning curve could be listen first! Secondly, I said out loud “who tf she talking too????” I asked for her name, told her to have a wonderful day, advised her that I was calling corporate and told her she lost her mind talking to my child like that while walking out. While we were making our exit and she asked the family sitting in and eating, “what did I do?” Why get another customer involved, why not be professional at all times, why not keep your personal issues home and most importantly check yourself when dealing with people’s children!!! The easiest way to take me out of character is to mess with my children be it intentional or not!!! I will be calling higher ups!!

We were greeted with a hello. Asked for a titan turkey and didn’t get extra turkey at all. When asked which cheese I said pepper jack I got provolone. The first girl working had a bad attitude but the second girl who topped the sandwiches off was very kind. At least the Gauc was good. We usually go to the one by the Publix and Milano’s and we will now continue to go to that one regardless of convenience when we are in a different area of town.
Best Sub in the area. Friendly and fast staff

Rachel was great, she asked all the right questions to make sure your sandwich is made the way you want it. She was courteous and greeted every customer coming in despite handling orders alone.

I walked in and was, greeted immediately with a smile and attentive eyes. Keiarah made my sandwich perfectly, the bread was fresh and veggies crisp, I strongly anyone stop in and enjoy the type of experience I had this morning.

Drive-through is always closed and have to wait in line with everybody else at the counter to get your online order. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Very frustrating.

As far as Subway goes this one was passable. Guac was brown and crusty but the rest of the ingredients looked and tasked basic. I wound up spending $13 on a foot long sub with minimal tip so decent food and not loaded with salt like most other fast food choices.

I was floored when I ordered a sub and could not watch them make it because they put a huge silver petition up so you couldn’t see I will never go there again. This was a subway that is in a case store on 103rd St., in 200 in Ocala Florida and because I couldn’t watch him I asked for American white cheese, American white cheese and they put provolone on it I asked for onions they didn’t even put the onions on there. I asked for pickles and on each half. I got a whole sub on each half there was one pickle, no I’ll never buy another sub there. I don’t care if I have to pay double.
