As far as Subway goes this one was passable. Guac was brown and crusty but the rest of the ingredients looked and tasked basic. I wound up spending $13 on a foot long sub with minimal tip so decent food and not loaded with salt like most other fast food choices.

I was floored when I ordered a sub and could not watch them make it because they put a huge silver petition up so you couldn’t see I will never go there again. This was a subway that is in a case store on 103rd St., in 200 in Ocala Florida and because I couldn’t watch him I asked for American white cheese, American white cheese and they put provolone on it I asked for onions they didn’t even put the onions on there. I asked for pickles and on each half. I got a whole sub on each half there was one pickle, no I’ll never buy another sub there. I don’t care if I have to pay double.

Desiderata
This is the second time I have done the BOGO deals where you have to order online or on the app. The first time was at a different location but not one sandwich was made how we wanted. Now, this location (completely different location) still didnt toast either sub and they completely forgot about the cheese. I'm beginning to think that's what I get for getting a discount. Subway is going way down hill and I think I'm going to stick with Publix subs from now on.

Fast and fresh food! Staff was very polite and it was good experience.Parking: Clean environment.
It was late and we'd had a long day (you know what I mean...) and we were hungry. We had a coupon and resigned ourselves to the food and experience.All our expectations went out the door. Though the location was definitely old and somewhat worn, it was clean. The "Sandwich artist" (old commercial) greeted us and proceeded to provide us with information: limitations on the coupon, content of new sandwiches, assuring we didn't miss a vital ingredient on out sandwich. I asked for extra olives and I GOT extra olives.All in all, it was a good experience. We were fed quickly, had no complaints regarding the sandwiches, and ended our day on a positive note. We'll go to that location again.

Ordered through the app and choose a bottle of Coca-Cola. The manager seems to have a bit of an attitude while she was making our order. She took a cup from the stack and gripped it with her fingers inside the cup and plopped it on the counter. I told her we ordered a bottle of Coca-Cola also and she gave a sparky remark. She went into a closet or something and came back with a room temperature Coke. When I asked her if she has a cold bottle of Coke, she said they didn't have a cooler. What restaurant sells bottles of drinks without a way to keep them cold? NOT impressed with this restaurant.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!I do not recommend this subway ever. today I went in to get the same sub I've ordered for over a decade and was told that i was not able to get it the way I always have. I ordered my sub with a lot of extra pickles and was told that they could only give me a certain amount, that's when I responded that they could even charge me extra for the extra pickles and the rude person making my sub told me that she had already given me extra pickles and couldn't give me any more than she had already. I will never go into this subway ever again for that reason alone. I was completely unsatisfied with the customer service at this subway. in over ten years I have never been told I could only get a set number of pickles on my sub even if I asked for extra and was offering to pay more to get what I had asked for.
