Today is December 17th 2021, I went to Tasty bowl and ordered a chicken chow mein combo. While I was eating the meal I noticed that the rice was very crunchy and not cooked all the way. I contacted the restaurant and the restaurant manager said that the only way they can do anything about it is I would have to bring the food back to the restaurant for them to verify that I'm not lying and trying to get free food.
