Wonderful staff, Stephanie and Tammy were extremely sweet and so courteous and accommodating, stayed for 2 months, bed was so comfy, and room was so quiet. Highly recommend. Room was clean, and you could ask for anything and it got done.
The hotel room was amazing! I haven't slept this well at a hotel in a long time. The staff at the front desk were very kind on Friday the 17th (the morning I checked out) and the Bistro was amazing. I was greeted by a nice young man who took my order and made my morning coffee. Unfortunately I do not remember his name but he was tall. When I came back to get another coffee around 10:05 he had informed me that the bistro was unfortunately closed but he had some coffee left...
We checked into the Courtyard in Ocala and were immediately greeted by Stephanie, who was personable, efficient, and gave us a great room. We dined in the Bistro and it was a delicious and relaxing meal. Then Shuarma came by with fresh-baked cookies and treated us to some, straight from the oven! Incredible!
