We tried a Waffle House in Valdosta Georgia and had an excellent breakfast and service was above and beyond great. We decided to try this Waffle House went inside and sat at a table for at least 10 minutes and no waitress even acknowledged us. There were no other patrons seated at the time. Needless to say we got up and left. Really a shame! There were at least 5 people behind the counter too.
The food is good and the staff is great! They deserve a pay raise! This is by far one of the best Waffle Houses in the USA!
It was late night when my friends and I visited. The waitress got my order and one of my friends mixed up. So the cook made it wrong and was egar to try to fix the mistake. Another worker was sweeping the floor during our meal and that upset one in my party. The place was in need of a really good scrubbing. Sad to say....If you are hungry late at night in the Ocala area you really don't have many options to get a bite that isn't fast food or the waffle house.
