We were waiting in line forever, we finally got our food and they got our order wrong and they didn’t give me my sauce so i went back up there and asked for the sauce and they gave me the wrong sauce. As i was eating, a roach ran across the table. Disgusting

I was in the drive thru and ready to order, when a guy comes up and tells us they closed (almost a whole hour early) to do maintenance! You do that on YOUR OWN TIME! Not during business hours!! You don’t close almost an hour early, for maintenance!! I won’t go there again, because they obviously don’t know how to do business!

Super slow. Order kiosks were down when the only person working the front complained about that she was the only one working the front. And she has to work the fry station, while others were just standing around.
Food is generally luke warm, and the customer service is non existent. They don’t even acknowledge you or thank you for the business. Basically take your payment and throw your food at you in a bag. This has happened on multiple occasions. Will spend the extra few $ at Publix for a salad or sub. Or try the new Chipotle’s next door. Done with this trash place.

Not one customer was inside and the line at the drive through was 5 cars deep. Took them 10 minutes to a knowledge the car in front of me waiting to order. Some days there aren't any excuses for ignorance!

Tried the be Cajun Crunch. Absolutely horrible. Chicken was thinner than paper. Zero flavor. $7 can get me a sub at Publix and it’s way more food and better quality
