We dined in for Sunday lunch. They have 2 kiosks to take orders, but also had a cashier take orders. Cashier was friendly, food was great, but was slow. Took over 7 minutes to get food, spicey chicken sandwich and fries. The customer beverage machine could not make any coke beverages, but behind the counter they could.

After waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. The person at the register charged me 2 different times for my items. Then I didn’t even receive everything I ordered, I had to ask twice for some of my order as well as sauce. Understaffing is definitely a problem, so I suppose it may be easier to order ahead and pick up. However, after my experience, I wouldn’t trust to eat the food.

Went through the drive thru and at first was fine but the pick up window they were goofing off with each other like it was summer camp didn't even look my direction when handing me my food, just shoved it out the window. They forgot my nuggets and the burger tasted really strange.
Sat drive-thru for 5 minutes before we were greeted pulled forward for a simple order. They'd rather be on their phones than do their damn job

We were waiting in line forever, we finally got our food and they got our order wrong and they didn’t give me my sauce so i went back up there and asked for the sauce and they gave me the wrong sauce. As i was eating, a roach ran across the table. Disgusting
