Ordered carry out tonight. Order placed at 7:15 pm. Confirmation screen stated food would be ready by 7:45 pm. Arrived at 7:50 pm and was told it still was not ready. Sat for 45 minutes before they finally gave me my food. It was ready the entire time, the lady up front just didn't take the time to look. They blamed it on being short staff, but they appeared to be very well staffed. They just seem to have sorry employees and management. Will choose a&f wings next time. Several others experienced the same thing tonight. They need to take a look at how they are running their business. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first time eating here. It was the absolute worst. The food was so bland I ordered mild wings and hot. Lemon pepper, my four-year-old, ate the hot. Lemon pepper like it was nothing. There was no hotness to them, and it tasted like somebody squeezed a complete lime. On them Also, the kitchen was absolutely nasty and the workers. Not one of them had gloves on and I sat and watched the guy cooking the wings and handling them digging all in his hair very disgusting. We'll never eat there again. Oh, and fyi, I spent $65 worst 65 dollars i've ever spent
