The lady at the register was nice, but the service was very bad. Usually this location is amazing, the service is fast, the food is great but this time the food was a mess, the chicken sandwich had sauce on the outside of the wrapper and the sandwich itself was flattened. On the other occasions that I’ve come to eat here they serve the food on actual plates instead of smushed boxes. Aside from all the bad stuff I will say the location itself is very good and so is the food.
When I moved to Ocala two years ago I liked this place, it was the only chicken tender place that could come close to my favorite (Raising Cane's, which doesn't exist here). Lately they have been hitting us with shrinkflation, their tenders are about the same size as french fries now. They're most likely slicing these tenders in half lengthwise to accomplish this. The food packs a decent flavor, however I'd rather pay a higher price than receive a lower quantity....
Young lady at register was very nice and pleasant! Didn't take very long to receive my order! Took it home and did enjoy it! Sauce was delicious!
