Take your normal Dunkin', and knock a star off for service and atmosphere. Staff is non-engaged and performs their job, but never even a smile and muttered their responses. Coffee was not good. Donuts almost make up for the burnt-tasting coffee. Busy plaza with a lot going on, including kids going bananas.
This rest area is currently under construction, but still functional. To access the bathrooms, use the second or third door near the main Dunkin’ entrance—signs are clearly posted. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. It’s a convenient and pleasant stop despite the ongoing work.
Stopped by this Dunkin on Alligator Alley for some food and refreshments, and it was a great experience. The place is clean and service was quick. A reliable spot if you're passing through!
