It is a shame that the service is so bad because the food is good. I go to Miami in a regular basis and every time I stop for food I go to Glades cafe but lately is a bad experience every time I go. The waitress are rude, there is no other way to describe it. When you pay for food you are expecting to be treated nice, service is as important as the food quality.
Don’t order anything that needs to be made unless you have 30 mins to wait. I ordered a hot sandwich. The place wasn’t packed at all. The person cooking was making one order at a time. The entire stop added 45 minutes to my trip. Stick to whatever is pre-made. The woman taking the order was very nice but I will not stop there again.
We ordered a Cuban sandwich and a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Both were very good.
