The reason for my 1 star is a hispanic employee (manager, whatever he is) who came in yelling at the other employees, specially the nice lady at the register. He was yelling at her in Spanish and she does not even know Spanish. Then he tried to yell in English. I understood what he was saying in Spanish. He was telling her where she was supposed to clean. I understand that cleanliness is important but his behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate, unnecessary, disruptive and extremelly disrespectful to the other employees and the customers waiting in line. I was very uncomfortable and other customers waiting in line as well. I was about to tell him to stop, but after he went in the back yelling, he finally stopped. He kept telling them things but at least he was not yelling anymore. I just left the restaurant speechless. This person needs to be accountable for his disgusting behavior. He needs to control his emotions, also he needs to learn English.

This is the dirtiest Auntie Anne's I have ever seen. I didn't notice until after I ordered. If I would have seen it before I would have done a hard pass. The pretzels were hard and burnt. I ended up asking for a refund. I tried going there again to see if they've cleaned up their act. And it's still the same thing, dirty and burnt pretzels. It's in a Walmart I should have known better.

this rating is for less than 1 star...I made an online order, got the confirmation email, they charged by bank account, and when we went to pick up the order they were closed!!! And no one answers the phone eventhough it says they open...this is horrible service...Ocoee Walmart location!!! HORRIBLE!!! And Customer Relations didn't really help much either!

The store is very unprofessional, I requested pretzels through Uber eats at 11AM, I had two drivers come to the location and go. By 1:00pm my third driver arrived to inform me that they are closed for another 1hr. But opening should have been at 10:00AM. I called repeatedly and received no answer.

I was for the second time visiting the place. I wanted to give another chance because I love everything they prepare, the first time I was waiting and the person in charge had the trash can on the counter where it is ordered, customer service was horrible. Today at 10:56 they told me that they open at approximately 11: 00/11: 30 seriously?

This location was surprisingly really good considering I had a bad experience the first time I went there. Every time after that has been nothing but good quality food. The pretzels (and pretzel bites) are fresh and you don't have to wait any time at all to get your order. Great service and great quality.
