The reason for my 1 star is a hispanic employee (manager, whatever he is) who came in yelling at the other employees, specially the nice lady at the register. He was yelling at her in Spanish and she does not even know Spanish. Then he tried to yell in English. I understood what he was saying in Spanish. He was telling her where she was supposed to clean. This is the dirtiest Auntie Anne's I have ever seen. I didn't notice until after I ordered. If I would have seen it before I would have done a hard pass. The pretzels were hard and burnt. I ended up asking for a refund. I tried going there again to see if they've cleaned up their act. And it's still the same thing, dirty and burnt pretzels. It's in a Walmart I should have known better.

this rating is for less than 1 star...I made an online order, got the confirmation email, they charged by bank account, and when we went to pick up the order they were closed!!! And no one answers the phone eventhough it says they open...this is horrible service...Ocoee Walmart location!!! HORRIBLE!!! And Customer Relations didn't really help much either!
