Horrible customer service tonight around 7:30 pm 3/30/24. Two employees and they acted like they were bothered we came in. I took my family to visit because they've never had Baskin Robbins, I was embarrassed I hyped up the place. They were also out of at least 4 different flavors. Your best bet is to go to a local private owned ice cream shop. What a disappointment ?

After waiting almost 10 minutes for an employee to serve us we had to wait 15 more minutes for them to give us the drinks that didn't even have any flavor, unfortunately I don't recommend it

Two golf ball sized scoops of ice cream was almost $10, the place was filthy, had to ask what all of the flavors were because the little labels were all messed up. Never again, that was disgusting!!! I should’ve demanded my money back!

Had a handful of flavors laid out. We were told the freezers upfront weren’t working but they had all the ice cream in the back. Started to order and when we did, the lady at the front tried to serve us ice cream from the broken freezers. Do not recommend!

Very bad experience at the Ocoee location. First forgot what I ordered. Then a bad attitude from the manager when I questioned her about my order. Then on top of that, the ice cream was not frozen enough and had to order something else. Definitely not coming back here again.
"Mysterious missing employee"Went through the drive through, after 5-6 min a clerk came on the speaker system and said "one moment", then never came back after 15-20 of waiting. Another customer backed out behind me to go inside. I pulled up to the window to see if the person who initially spoke over the speaker was visible but no one came after sitting a while. I then went inside after a few confused customers walked out to see what may have been the issue, I found a kind homeless gentleman hanging at one of the tables who told me "call out to the back for the employee if you need service, otherwise they won't know your in here". I left, went outside to tell other customers who just arrived we couldn't find an employee so they may not want to waste their time. Hopefully BR corporate can do a quality assurance check at this location as 7 plus customers went unserved an hour before closing for the store. I hope the employee was okay and this doesn't happen to anyone else coming to enjoy a treat at a BR location.

Haven't had Baskin Robbins Ice Cream since I was a kid. Brought back great childhood memories !! Still have great hard pack Ice Cream !! Definitely will stop here again !!

I have been to a lot of Baskin-Robbin stores in California. It’s much cleaner than here in Ocoee! So dirtiest windows, no fresh waffle cones, and few choice flavors! I prefer to go to BR stores in California instead of Florida!
